Papp László (emléke örökre fenn marad minden magyar szívében) Talán kevesebb lett volna, ha kiderül, hogy a keményöklű vagány valójában egy templomba járó, szelíd családapa, aki akkor is itthon maradt, mikor "kintről" igazi lehetőségeket kínáltak számára, s aki továbbra is abban az országban élt, melyben pályája csúcsán a pártállam megtagadta tőle a profi világbajnoki címmecsset.
